Due to the perishable nature of our fresh garden salads, we cannot accept physical returns once the product has left our temperature-controlled facility. If your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Return Process

Immediately check your Gardencup delivery upon arrival to ensure all seals are intact and the contents are still cold to the touch.

If there is a quality concern or damage, take clear photos of the cups and the shipping box to help our team process your claim.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Resolution
Our team will review your request and issue a store credit, refund, or ship out a fresh replacement batch immediately.
